NSIC Women's Golf Championship Postponed Due to Weather

(St. Paul, Minn.) - NSIC Commissioner Butch Raymond has announced that the spring portion of the NSIC Women's Golf Championship will be postponed from Saturday and Sunday, April 12-13 to Thursday and Friday, April 17-18 at Fox Run Golf Course in Yankton, S.D. Poor weather conditions were predicted for this weekend in Yankton, causing the championship to be postponed. After the first 36 holes played last fall in Becker, Minn. Upper Iowa holds a 36 stroke lead over Concordia-St. Paul after the Peacocks turned in a 625. Upper Iowa’s Rachael Schmidt led after two rounds with scores of 77 and 71 (148) to hold a six stroke lead over Winona State’s Megan Placko (76-78=154). Women's Fall Championship Round Results
