(Crookston, Minn.)- The University of Minnesota, Crookston will hold its 8th Annual Women’s Golf Classic on Tuesday, August 12 at Minakwa Golf Club. The scramble will begin with registration at 12:00 p.m. There will be a brief tournament orientation at 12:30 p.m. followed by a shotgun start at 12:45 p.m. All area women golfers are invited to join athletic staff members, alumni and others from the University of Minnesota, Crookston and the community in this event.

The entry fee for the UMC Women’s Golf Classic is $30, which includes green fees, prizes/awards, hors d’oeurves and a contribution to the UMC Women’s Athletic Scholarship Fund. The Golden Eagle Women’s Volleyball team will be at the event to represent Golden Eagle Athletics and hand out participation gifts.
