(Crookston, Minn.) – Minnesota State University Moorhead defeated the University of Minnesota, Crookston by a 9-0 score in the season opener and Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) opener for both squads on Saturday at the Center Court Fitness Center in Grand Forks, N.D.

The Golden Eagles will return to action on Sunday, February 22 when they play host to the University of Minnesota Duluth in an NSIC match that starts at 1 p.m. at the Center Court Fitness Center.
