Lindy Hausauer

(Crookston, Minn.)- Lindy Hausauer (Sr, Moorhead, Minn.) placed fourth at the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA) Hunt Seat Equestrian Zone Finals on March 29. The event was hosted by Purdue University in West LaFayette, Ind.

 

The fourth place finish just barely kept Hausauer from advancing to the IHSA Nationals. The three regions brought their top two riders for the Zone Championships.  So only the top athletes were in contention.

 

“Lindy was at the top of her game and rode very well,” says Golden Eagle Hunt Seat Equestrian Coach Brooke Marcus. “I am very proud of how well UMC was represented this weekend.”
