CROOKSTON, MN (September 25, 2006) – Area residents are invited to a reception honoring women athletes at the University of Minnesota, Crookston (UMC) on Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2006, at 5 p.m. in the lobby area of the Lysaker Gymnasium. Special guests include University of Minnesota First Lady Susan Hagstrum and Board of Regents Vice Chair Patricia Simmons. There will be a short program beginning at 5:30 p.m. The public is welcome.
