(Crookston, Minn.) – Ashlyn White (Jr., Fwd., Federal Way, Wash.) scored off a penalty kick at 40:23 of the game as host Jamestown College handed the University of Minnesota, Crookston its second 1-0 loss in as many days on Sunday. U of M,
Crookston’s record falls to 2-6-0 on the season.
Athena Mussenden (So., GK., Kenosha, Wis.) had another solid outing in net as she stopped six Jamestown shots. The Golden Eagles had seven shots on goal.
U of M, Crookston will return to action on Saturday, September 22 when they play host to Northern State University at 1:00 pm in a non-conference game. They will host the University of Mary in another non-conference game on Sunday, September 23 at 1:00 pm.
