Trent Graves (Colton, S.D.) Signs with Golden Eagle Men’s Basketball

(Crookston, Minn.)- University of Minnesota, Crookston head men’s basketball coach Jeff Oseth announced today the signing of Trent Graves from Colton S.D. to a National Letter of Intent to play for the Golden Eagles in 2008-09.
Graves is a 6’7, 190 lb, forward who played at Tri-Valley High School in Hartford, S.D. in the Big Sioux Conference. At Tri-Valley, he earned All-Conference second team honors for his play.
“Trent is an outstanding student-athlete. He is 4.0 student and the valedictorian of his class and we are very excited to have him join the Golden Eagle Basketball family,” says Coach Oseth. “Trent has the ability to play inside and outside. He has good size for a perimeter player and has a tremendous work ethic. He runs the floor extremely well and has great court vision. As Trent develops, we feel he will have an outstanding future in our program.”
Graves plans to major in Aviation at the University of Minnesota, Crookston. He is the son of Brent and Barb Graves of Colton, S.D.
