2005: Erin played in all 106 games of her junior campaign. She finished second on the team in kills with 332 (3.13 kills/game). She was tenth in conference in both kills (306) and hitting percentage (.283). Erin led the Golden Eagles in blocks with 107 (19 solo, 88 assisted). She was also named All-Conference Honorable Mention after the 2005 season.

2004: Erin played in all 122 games of the 2004 season. She led UMC in total blocks with 67 (12 solo, 55 assisted). Erin was third on the team in kills (358) and second on the team in kill percentage (.271).

2003: Erin made an immediate impact her freshman season as she led the team in block assists with 71, total blocks with 88 and blocks per game with .83. Erin established the block assist record and tied the block solo record at UMC. To compliment her defensive ability, she added 144 kills to the team's offense.

High School: Erin played volleyball for Bloomer High School in Wisconsin.

Personal: Erin is majoring in Pre-Physical Therapy and Business Management-Marketing at UMC. She is the daughter of Patrick and Darla Flynn.
