Previous School: Megan is a 5'7 setter from Rainy River Community College (RRCC). While at RRCC, she became the first four sport athlete and first Female Athlete of the Year. Derouard was an All-Conference and All-State team member and was named MVP in both volleyball and softball.

High School: Megan was a four-time Athlete of the Year and the first five sport athlete to medal in each sport participated in. She earned the Mickael Smith Olympian Award and had her jersey framed by her high school.

Personal: Megan is majoring in Sport & Recreation Management with a minor in Coaching at UMC. She is the daughter of Jerry and Ellie Derouard. Megan's favorite musician is Carrie Underwood and the Da Vinci Code is her favorite book.
