High School: Stef is a 6'1, middle hitter from Norman County West High School. At NCW, Stef was named as an All-Conference Honorable Mention player and was recognized as a Top Hitter on her team. She also received the Ruth Steen Award.

Personal: Stefanie is a Pre-Physical Therapy major at UMC. She is the daughter of Steve and Cindy Rude of Halstad, MN. Stefanie's favorite musician is Mariah Carey and her favorite sports team is the Minnesota Vikings.
