2006: Cassie played in 113 games in 2006 which ranked third on the team. She led the team in set assists with 1174 (10.39 per game)and recorded 223 digs (1.97 per game), 52 total blocks Seven solo and 45 assisted), and 16 serve aces.

2005: Cassie played in 102 games in 2005 and was second on the team in assists with 497 (4.87 assists/game). She was a force to be reckoned with from the service line as she compiled 22 service aces, finishing fourth on the team.

High School: Cassie is a 5'10 setter. She played her high school volleyball at Buffalo High School . While in high school she earned recognition as an All-Conference Athlete, All-Conference Academic, All-State Academic and Offensive MVP volleyball player. Yates also earned accolades in basketball as an All-Conference and All-Conference Academic team member.

Personal: Cassie is majoring in Elementary Education with a minor in Coaching at UMC. She is the daughter of Elgin and Susan Yates. Cassie's favorite movie is Wedding Crashers and her favorite sports team is the Miami Heat.
