2007: Cassie played in 109 games in 2007 which was tied for the team lead. She led the team in set assists with 1,105 (10.14 assists/game) and was third in digs with 247 (2.27 digs/game). Cassie also had 32 service aces and 39 block assists. She recorded a season high 66 assists on September 22, 2007 against Winona State University.
2006: Played in 113 games in 2006 which ranked third on the team. She led the team in set assists with 1,174 (10.39 assists/game) and recorded 223 digs (1.97 digs/game), 52 total blocks (seven solo and 45 assisted) and 16 service aces.
2005: Cassie played in 102 games in 2005 and was second on the team in assists with 497 (4.87 assists/game). She was a force to be reckoned with from the service line as she compiled 22 service aces, finishing fourth on the team.
High School: Yates is a 5'10 setter. She played her high school volleyball at Buffalo High School. While in high school she earned recognition as an All-Conference Athlete, All-Conference Academic, All-State Academic and Offensive MVP volleyball player. Yates also earned accolades in basketball as an All-Conference and All-Conference Academic team member.
Personal: Cassie is majoring in Elementary Education with a minor in Coaching at U of M, Crookston. She is the daughter of Elgin and Susan Yates.
