2005: Foreman played in 25 games in 2005. She made her time on the court count, finishing the season with 24 kills and 41 digs.

High School: Heather, a 5'10, outside hitter, played her high school volleyball at Vincent Massey High School. While at Massey High School, she was named a Manitoba All-Star. She also earned recognition as a Neelin Spartans Tournament MVP and a Selkirk All-Star.

Personal: Majoring in Biology and Criminal Justice at U of M, Crookston. She is the daughter of Ray and Marilyn Foreman.
