(Crookston, Minn.)- The University of Minnesota, Crookston Men's Basketball team returns to action on Tuesday, December 29 when they travel to Hancock, Mich. for a non-conference contest against Finlandia University. Tip-off is set for 4 p.m. (CST)
The Golden Eagles will look to get back on the winning track after dropping two non-conference games. Mayville State University defeated U of M, Crookston 69-59 on December 18 while Dickinson State University topped the Golden Eagles 70-43 on December 20.
U of M, Crookston has an overall record of 3-7 and Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) record of 0-4. They are led by Damarius Cruz (Fr, G, Plymouth, Minn.) who is averaging 18.8 points per game (68-for-151).

The Lions have an overall record 4-6 after defeating Alma College (87-71) on December 18 and losing to Olivet College (80-68) on December 19. They are led by Tyler Gordon who is averaging 17.9 points (64-for-161) and 6.4 rebounds per game. Mario Cooper is averaging 16 points per game (13-for-29).
