(Crookston, Minn.)- The University of Minnesota, Crookston Football team will hold a car wash at All Season's Car Wash off of Highway 2 in Crookston on Tuesday, April 27 from 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. The cost is $20 with all proceeds benefiting "Play It Forward".

"Play It Forward" is a program designed to raise funds for new playground equipment at Washington Elementary School in Crookston.

Community engagement is a major part of Division II Athletics and U of M, Crookston Head Football Coach Shannon Stassen is eager for his program to do their part. "The Golden Eagle Football program is proud to partner with All Season's Car Wash to help pay for new playground equipment at Washington Elementary School," says Coach Stassen. "Our student athletes really enjoy getting involved in the community and helping such a worthy cause."
