Golden Eagle Men Downed 70-43 by Dickinson State University

weeks_darin_09.jpg hendricks_adam_09.jpg(Crookston, Minn.)- Dickinson State University opened up a 15 point halftime lead and never looked back on their way to a 70-43 win over the University of Minnesota, Crookston in non-conference men's basketball action today in Dickinson, N.D.

The Blue Hawks were led by Nathan Lebsock who scored 26 points (10-for-14). Joshua Henry scored 18 points (6-for-10) with 11 rebounds. Ryan Ernst added 15 points (6-for-10).

The Golden Eagles were led by Darin Weeks (Jr, G/F, Green River, Wyo.) who scored 13 points (6-for-7) with seven rebounds. Adam Hendricks (Jr, F, Watertown, Minn.) added 11 points (5-for-10).

Dickinson State University improves to 5-8 overall. The University of Minnesota, Crookston falls to 3-7 overall.

The Golden Eagles return to action on Tuesday, December 29 when they travel to Hancock, Mich. for a non-conference match-up with Finlandia University. Tip-off is scheduled for 4 p.m. (CST).
