(Crookston, Minn.) - The University of Minnesota, Crookston Women's Softball Coach Mitch Bakken announced today that the home non-conference softball game with Bemidji State scheduled for Sunday, March 28 has been moved to Wednesday, March 31 to better prepare the field. First pitch of the double-header is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. at the UMC Softball Field.
The team will still travel to BSU on Saturday, March 27for another non-conference double-header with the Beavers. First pitch is scheduled for noon at the Bemidji State Softball Field.
The Golden Eagles open the NSIC season on April 2 and 3 when they host Augustana College and Wayne State College. The first game of the double-header is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on April 2 and noon on April 3.
