(Crookston, Minn.) - The University of Minnesota, Crookston Women's Softball Coach Mitch Bakken announced today that the team has added a non-conference double-header with Bemidji State to the schedule. The game will be held on Saturday, March 27 with first pitch at noon at the Bemidji State Softball Field. The teams will look to square off on Sunday, March 28 as well in Crookston if the UMC Softball Field is playable. A noon start would be scheduled on Sunday as well.
The Golden Eagles open the NSIC season on April 2 and 3 when they host Augustana College and Wayne State College. The first game of the double-header is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on April 2 and noon on April 3.
