(Crookston, Minn.)- The University of Minnesota, Crookston Men's Basketball team will play their second exhibition game of the year when they travel to Fargo, N.D. to face North Dakota State University (NDSU). Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. at the Bison Sports Arena.
The Golden Eagles opened the season with a solid 73-70 exhibition win at Valley City State University on Saturday. Eric Dearden (Sr, F, Riverton, Utah) scored 24 points while Larry Brown (Jr, F, St.Paul, Minn.) added 21 points and seven rebounds.

The Bison will open the 2010-2011 season with their game against U of M, Crookston. Coach
Saul Phillips and his squad finished the 2009-2010 season with an overall record of 11-18 and Summit League record of 8-10. NDSU is an NCAA Division I school. Top returning players include Michael Tveidt who averaged 15.7 points and 5.6 rebounds per game and Eric Carlson who averaged 14.8 points and 6.9 rebounds per game.
The University of Minnesota, Crookston is an NCAA Division II Institution and a member of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC). The Golden Eagle Equestrian team is a member of the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA).
