(Crookston, Minn.)- The University of Minnesota, Crookston Men's Basketball team will look to break into the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) win column this Friday and Saturday when they host a pair of league games. The Golden Eagles will host Augustana College on Friday, December 17 and Wayne State College on Saturday, December 18. The game with the Vikings will tip-off at 8 p.m. while the game with the Wildcats will tip-off at 6 p.m.
U of M, Crookston has an overall record of 4-3 and NSIC record of 0-3 after defeating the College of St. Scholastica 64-56 in non-conference action on Wednesday and dropping a 67-60 NSIC decision to Minnesota State University Moorhead on Saturday. The Golden Eagles are led by Eric Dearden (Sr, G, Riverton, Utah) who is averaging 15.4 points and four rebounds per game. Larry Brown (Jr, F, St. Paul, Minn.) is averaging 12.8 points and four rebounds per game. Jacolby Anderson (Jr, G, Lancaster, Tex.) is averaging 11.7 points per game while Adam Hendricks (Sr, F, Watertown, Minn.) is averaging 11.6 points per game.

The Vikings have an overall record of 5-3 and NSIC record of 2-2 after defeating the University of Mary (68-55) and Northern State University (90-85) this past weekend. Cameron McCaffrey is averaging 18.4 points per game while Cody Schilling is averaging 16.4 points and 4.6 rebounds per game.
Golden Eagles vs. Wayne State College Saturday, December 18 6 p.m.
The Wildcats have an overall record of 6-2 and NSIC record of 2-2 after defeating Northern State University (79-60) and the University of Mary (66-55) this past weekend. Amry Shelby is averaging 18.3 points per game. Brad Starken is averaging 11.5 points and 4.6 rebounds per game while Jason Jensen is averaging 11.4 points per game.
